Booking Confirmation:
1. To confirm your reservation, kindly make a deposit within the specified timeframe as provided by Majority Tours Africa Safaris.
2. Upon receipt of the deposit, a confirmation of your booking will be sent to you via email.
Payment:
3. Full payment for the safari is required before the trip begins.
4. Payments can be made through bank transfer or any other mutually agreed-upon method.
Cancellation Policy:
5. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following charges:
– More than 60 days prior to departure: Deposit will be refunded, with deductions for any incurred expenses.
– 30-60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total safari cost will be refunded.
– Less than 30 days prior to departure: No refund will be provided.
Changes by Majority Tours Africa Safaris:
6. In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest, we reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the safari.
7. In such cases, an alternative arrangement will be proposed, and if unacceptable, a full refund will be issued.
Travel Insurance:
8. It is highly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.
9. Majority Tours Africa Safaris is not liable for any loss, injury, damage to personal belongings, or any accidents or delays during the safari.
Health and Safety:
10. Participants must ensure good health and fitness for safari activities.
11. Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary vaccinations and medications before travel.
Liability:
12. Majority Tours Africa Safaris acts as an agent for hotels, transportation, and other services and is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third-party suppliers.
13. Participants agree to release Majority Tours Africa Safaris from any claims related to such incidents.
